Enjoy 3 days off).Benefits: Comprehensive medical, 401K matching, and paid time off starting Day 1.Your Impact (Essential Duties)Precision Machining: Set up and operate CNC Lathes and Vertical Machining Centers to create complex, high-tolerance parts.Technical Troubleshooting: Use machine manuals, meters, and your own diagnostic skills to identify and fix issues.Blueprint Mastery: Read and interpret complex blueprints to manufacture profiles involving radiuses, angles, and varied tangent points.Continuous Improvement: Perform light maintenance and cleaning on your equipment to ensure peak performance and a safe environment.Collaboration: Support plant-wide facility projects and assist team members across the shop as needed.
