Corporate Controller Manufacturing Company with international sales located in Northwest Arkansas
This is a key management position for a privately owned manufacturing corporation doing business both domestically and internationally with multiple branches, and sister corporations. Supervising and directly managing all the accounting functions, financial reports, tax returns, cost accounting and analysis, credit & collections, and the IT department. Coordinating and assisting all departments and other locations to insure the correct flow of accurate information and reports.
Additional Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain all banking & financial relationships and programs
Oversee all outside audits including yearend financial audits
Implement and maintain all necessary internal controls to assure compliance with GAAP, current tax laws, and current software updates
Insure all tax reports are accurate and filed in a timely manner
Oversee the company 401K plan including testing and reporting
Coordinate and manage all insurance coverage
Full involvement with all company benefits, reports, and employee education
Qualifications:
Degree in Accounting
Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience in a manufacturing environment
Manufacturing, accounting, and computer software experience
Proven leadership management skills
Previous experience with banking, insurance, audits and employee benefits
Experienced in tax, cost, and financial reporting
Other helpful experience:
Experience with JD Edwards, Optimum Solutions, and Shop view software
Management involving multiple locations with separate reporting
Proven management advisory skills
CPA
