Construction Architect needed. Would be involved in construction projects, both residential and commercial, from the early stages right through to completion. Job responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Preparing and presenting design proposals as in-house architect
Working directly with supervisors and home owners to create amazing designs
Designing residential, multi-family and commercial buildings
Meeting building codes, guidelines and regulations.
Attending arranged meetings with clients and contractors to go over plans
Ability to create 3D rendering designs and walk through with clients
Working directly with the company Home Designer on upcoming projects and specifications
Obtaining building permits
Employee will need to work from the office located in Farmington, Ar. Position is full-time from 8am to 5pm Monday through Friday. Pay is based on experience (minimum of 3 years). BS degree in Architecture.
