Our Mission/Crossover location is looking to hire an Assistant Front of House Manager to lead a staff of established servers. This person must be motivated, and able to work well under pressure.
The ideal applicant:
Strong Work Ethic
At least 5 years combined Serving and Management experience
Gives Excellent Hospitality & Customer Service
Proper Communication Skills, along with a Positive Attitude
Recruiting, Training and Motivating Staff
Following through and keeping staff on task
Able to Critically Think
Open Availability, and able to work 35-40 Hours per week
Reliable Transportation
