Hospitality Event Producer (Bentoville Food Concerts) | Part to Full Time | Bentonville, AR
Bentoville is a new dining concept in Bentonville. We host Food Concerts (pop-up dining experiences often supporting guest chefs, both local and visiting), create bento box takeout meals, and will be opening a brick & mortar multi-concept Japanese restaurant in Spring 2025. Our Food Concerts bring outstanding chefs from around the world to the Bentoville stage for limited-run dining experiences. This job entails ensuring event success and a good experience for everyone involved through seamless coordination of preparation and execution. We're looking for a talented and passionate hospitality event producer to join our team and create the perfect Food Concert playbook.

What will be expected:
As Event production and hospitality manager, you will have the ability to work directly with Michelin-star chefs to create and execute our Food Concert experiences as well as manage people and materials to make said events successful.
As a manager you'll be in charge of hiring & managing small teams as well as working beside them to create the highest quality guest experience
These events will be an ongoing effort in parallel to starting our restaurant and continue to happen as we grow our team and our abilities. The hope is to one day regularly host these events in our restaurant in downtown Bentonville, but also in new markets around the US as well.
Inventory management, labor tracking and producing profitable experiences with close attention to detail on menu creation and customer experience.
Events do not happen on a daily or weekly basis so hours will range as necessary.
Experience with hospitality, bartending and extensive beverage knowledge ranging from beer, wine, sake cocktails and NA beverages.
In this role you will have multiple opportunities to grow within the company and be involved in projects ranging from food concerts, ghost kitchen operations and restaurant development.
What you’ll bring to the table:
Minimum 5 years of restaurant experience.
Experience working in events, offsite and onsite inventory management.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Experience managing and inspiring small teams to become bigger scale.
Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
A passion for learning and understanding new cuisines and creating memorable experiences surrounding them for guests in Northwest Arkansas and further.
