Are you a meticulous, trustworthy, and detail-oriented cleaner with experience in preparing Airbnb properties? We’re looking for a reliable and experienced cleaner to help maintain a beautiful, guest-ready space for our short-term rental property.
Position Details:
Cleaning Frequency: 2-5 days a week
Location: Bentonville Arkansas
Compensation: Competitive pay, based on experience and job scope. Pay is negotiable. Will pay well for the right person!
Hours: Flexible scheduling – based on Airbnb booking calendar.
Immediate Start: We need someone to start ASAP!
Responsibilities Include:
Clean and sanitize the entire property including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, living areas, etc.
Change and wash linens/towels and restock amenities (soap, toilet paper, etc.)
Perform deep cleaning tasks as necessary (dusting, floor cleaning, etc.)
Ensure the space is welcoming, fresh, and ready for new guests.
Take inventory of supplies and alert host when replenishments are needed.
Follow all safety and cleanliness protocols.
Qualifications:
Proven experience cleaning Airbnb or short-term rental properties (preferred).
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
Must have own cleaning supplies and equipment (preferred, but can discuss).
Reliable transportation and punctuality are a must.
Good communication skills and responsiveness.
Trustworthy and dependable with a focus on delivering an excellent guest experience.
