Uptown Kitchen & Taphouse is an award-winning American Brewpub located in the Pinnacle area of Rogers, known for its large selection of craft beer on tap. We are currently seeking passionate and experienced Line Cooks to join our kitchen team. If you have a love for cooking, a desire to learn and grow, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with recipes and standards set by the Head Chef.
- Maintain cleanliness and comply with food sanitation requirements by properly handling food and ensuring correct storage.
- Coordinate with other kitchen staff and front of house to ensure smooth service and high-quality food presentation.
- Assist in inventory management and restocking of kitchen supplies.
- Be willing to learn new cooking techniques and kitchen processes.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a line cook in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Knowledge of cooking procedures and methods (grilling, frying, etc.).
- A keen eye for detail and the ability to follow recipes and presentation specifications.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
- Availability to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
