Experienced Seasoned Server needed for very busy Italian concept Mezzaluna Pasteria and Mozzarella Bar - 215 NW A Street Suite 140
Full Time (5 nights - flexible) - year round position with set schedule 4pm start time - Tuesday PM - Saturday PM - you will not be laid off - this is a year round position with (Thanksgiving and Christmas off)
some Mondays will be required once we open on Monday nights.
SUNDAYS OFF
we serve employee dinner at 430pm nightly, cash tips paid out daily, every server has their own server assist, 7 table stations, flexibility with other servers picking up shifts when needed.
Our servers are offered large stations, with a personal server assistant, Runner, Glass Polisher. Our check avaerage is $78.00pp, servers sell between $3500-$4500 a shift
Must be an experienced server (5+ years upscale dining) have food, wine and liquor knowledge, be fun, energetic, happy, organized, committed to the position, go with the flow type of personality, looking for long term employment, likes interacting with people, NO drama-NO calling out
