Phone system, computer, email, copy machine, scanning, etc. experience.

Greeting patients with a smile and a can-do approach.

Ability to answer the phone and communicate in a professional, friendly manner.

Communicate effectively via electronic and in-person interactions.

Any eye for organization and the ability to jump in and make areas clean and tidy.

Return patient messages in a timely manner.

Client communication through Solution Reach.

Write and send thank you cards, new patient communication cards, etc.

Dentrix experience a plus and knowledge of dental terminology.

Entering information into patient charts.

Calling in patient prescription refills.

Answer patient questions thoroughly.

Follow practice guidelines as needed.

A desire to contribute and enhance the growth and mission of our practice.
