ROCKSTAR Dental Office Manager or Treatment Coordinator NEEDED for AWESOME OFFICE
Our office is a cut above we really do love to work hard and play hard. We love our patients and our patients love us by sending referrals to our office constantly. We are fast-paced, pride ourselves on exceptional dentistry and LOVE what we do. We are looking for a ROCKSTAR front office manager, billing specialist, or treatment coordinator for our busy, two doctor dental office in Bentonville.
Our ideal candidate would have:
3 years of experience working in a dental office
Experienced and comfortable with all aspects of PPO billing
Experience and LOVES working in high volume office
Ability to present large TX plans implants
Management experience is preferred, and applicant should be comfortable with management of a large team, including an ability to teach and train others
No drama attitude
Loves to laugh and have fun at work while getting a lot done
Intentional
Team player
We are a young office experiencing growth, and are interested in finding the right person to continue to help grow, organize, and expand our business. We are looking for someone able to help us implement and document our practice systems, and someone comfortable holding others accountable with job duties!
