A new staffing company will be opening in the next 60 days and we will need an aggressive person to fill the position of Staffing Manager. Answering the phone, greeting walk-in traffic, interviewing applicants, processing new hire paperwork, I9/E-Verify, drug tests, background checks and other duties as needed. Bilingual English/Spanish is strongly preferred.
Tons of potential for growth as you will be reporting directly to the owner. MUST have excellent attendance and live in the Siloam Springs area. Typical hours are M-F, 8a-5p, but overtime may be required from time to time.
