Serving Northwest Arkansas since 2007, we are the area's premier provider of holiday and outdoor lighting. We provide custom Christmas light installations to over 250 homes and businesses each year!
We have immediate openings for full time Ground Crew and Roof Crew members for our 2025 Christmas season.
Tasks include:
-Reading/updating installation paperwork and diagrams
-Preparing light strands
-Checking bulbs and re-bulbing where needed
-Moving ladders and equipment
-Assisting crew leader with other onsite tasks as needed
-Qualified candidates should have the following:
-Legal US citizen with ability to start work ASAP
-Reliable transportation to Springdale warehouse
-High school degree or GED
-Ability to work outdoors in fast paced team environment
-Respectful, "can-do" attitude
Previous roof experience is not required of Ground Crew applicants, however it is strongly preferred for Roof Crew applicants.
