Help Wanted – Grounds Porter
We are looking for a dependable Grounds Porter to join our team in the Rogers Pinnacle area. The ideal candidate takes pride in keeping the property clean, safe, and welcoming.
Responsibilities include:
· General grounds upkeep and trash pickup
· Light lawn care (weeding, trimming, blowing)
· Sweeping, pressure washing, and minor exterior maintenance
· Reporting any maintenance issues to management
Requirements:
· Reliable transportation
· Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions and lift up to 50 lbs
· Attention to detail and a strong work ethic
Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday (occasional weekends as needed)
Pay: Based on experience
