Responsibilities
- Utilize Point of Sale (POS) system to process transactions and manage inventory
- Assist in training and development of staff members
- Manage shift schedules and ensure adequate coverage
- Negotiate with suppliers to secure competitive pricing
- Drive sales through effective product knowledge and selling techniques
- Oversee stock levels and ensure proper merchandising
- Support the store manager in day-to-day tasks
Skills
- Proficiency in POS systems and inventory management
- Ability to negotiate effectively with suppliers
- Experience in wireless sales or retail sales is advantageous
- Strong selling skills and customer service orientation
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Knowledge of training development practices
- Shift management experience is a plus
