Our company has an immediate opening for a personable, skilled, & motivated Support Specialist to join our company in Rogers, AR. Must have at least 5 years of experience or equivalent knowledge.
Responsibilities include:
General computer equipment troubleshooting & repair experience;
Experience with configuring Routers, Windows 7 & 10, Servers 2011 & 2016;
Familiarity with WAN/LAN networking design, components, & installation tasks;
Assist customers as needed to resolve issues from removal of Viruses to domain connection issues;
Be a good team player with positive attitude;
Be able to multi-task & refocus based on changing priorities;
Follow-up with customers to ensure issues are resolved & the customers are satisfied.
Some weekend work is required.
Background check is required.
This position has minimal supervision; Confidence & self-motivation is a MUST!
