Position Overview:
We are looking for motivated Roofing Sales Representatives to join our growing team in the NWA area. Whether you’re coming from a sales background, military service, technical school, or have some college education — if you're driven and customer-focused, this could be the right opportunity for you.
What You'll Do:
-Engage with homeowners and potential clients
-Assist with roof inspections
-Guide homeowners through the insurance claims process
-Provide exceptional service from initial contact through project completion
What You’ll Need to Succeed:
-Strong customer service and communication skills (written & verbal)
-Experience with CRM systems
-Quick learner with the ability to grasp company services and processes
-Excellent attention to detail and follow-through
-Strong organizational and time management skills
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team
-Comfortable with basic math (add, subtract, multiply, divide)
-Ability to talk and type simultaneously while interacting with customers
-Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus
Physical Requirements:
-Ability to sit, stand, and walk throughout the day
-Use of hands and arms for handling, reaching, or feeling
-Ability to lift or move up to 25 lbs
-Comfortable climbing ladders and walking on roofs (when safe)
-Additional Requirements:
-Reliable transportation
-Valid driver’s license
