We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Massage Therapist to operate their independent massage business at one of our resorts in Eureka Springs,Ar.
We’ll provide the space and potential clients from 5 of our resorts in town, outside clients and walk ins allowed too. Rent to be negotiated and will be very low starting out to help you get established.
The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in various massage techniques and a commitment to providing exceptional patient care. This role involves delivering great customer service, developing personalized treatment plans, and delivering effective massage therapies to enhance overall well-being.
Duties
Perform professional massage therapy sessions tailored to client needs (e.g., Swedish, deep tissue, sports massage).
Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming treatment environment.
Ensure a high level of customer service by creating a welcoming and relaxing environment for clients.
Collaborate with resort to deliver client experiences
Qualifications
Valid massage therapy license in accordance with state regulations.
Proficiency in deep tissue and other massage techniques.
Strong understanding of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology.
Excellent patient assessment skills with the ability to develop tailored treatment plans.
Exceptional customer service skills, ensuring a positive experience for all clients.
Previous experience in a med spa or similar environment is preferred but not required.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
