WORK SCHEDULE: 5 X 8'S
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform all phases of carpentry including framing, siding, drywall, cabinetry, trim, and finish work
- Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and technical drawings with precision
- Measure, cut, and assemble materials with accuracy using hand and power tools
- Install doors, windows, cabinetry, fixtures, and structural components as per specifications
- Ensure job sites are clean, safe, and in compliance with OSHA safety standards
- Collaborate with site leads and team members to meet project milestones and deadlines
- Adapt to varied job site environments including residential, commercial, interior, and exterior spaces
- Follow established safety rules and regulations and maintaining a safe and clean environment
REQUIREMENTS:
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Minimum 5 years of verifiable experience in all phases of carpentry
- Must have your own tools of the trade
- Must have reliable transportation—daily travel to and from job sites is required
- Ability to work independently and with a team in both indoor and outdoor conditions (heat, cold, rain, etc.)
- Strong understanding of construction safety protocols and ability to follow instructions from supervisors and GCs
- Must be punctual, dependable, and professional
- Be eligible to work in the United States
