Responsibilities
-Introducing yourself and our company services to new prospects (Prospecting and door-knocking)
-Conducting roof, siding, and gutter assessments and presenting documentation to customers
-Presenting quality solutions for repairs to new customers
-Closing agreements for repair work provided by our company
-Participating in monthly rewards programs for sales activities
-Setting and tracking personal goals in major life categories
-Hanging with the best team in our market that wants to see you succeed
-Picking up Dairy Queen blizzards for your meeting with the boss
Qualifications
-We are looking for someone with these awesome skills (You got game?)
-Glass half full, abundance mentality
-Communication Skills: keeping people up to date; sharing your calm, not joining their chaos
-Must know how to use a shingle stretcher
-Possess a valid driver’s license and provide I-9 employment eligibility verification
-Able to pass drug and background checks
Compensation
$75,000 - $150,000 commission potential
