A spray foam insulation business is relocating to Northwest Arkansas and is now building a local team.
We are accepting resumes from experienced spray foam professionals in the following roles:
Open Positions
Spray Foam Installers
Spray Foam Sales Representatives
This opportunity is best suited for individuals who already have real-world spray foam experience and want to grow with a company establishing a long-term presence in NWA.
Installer Requirements
Prior hands-on experience with open-cell and/or closed-cell spray foam
Familiarity with spray rigs, prep, masking, spraying, trimming, and cleanup
Ability to work residential, agricultural, and light commercial jobs
Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
Safety-focused, dependable, and detail-oriented
Sales Requirements
Previous experience selling spray foam insulation or construction services
Comfortable meeting homeowners, builders, and contractors
Ability to estimate, price, and close jobs
Strong communication and follow-up skills
Existing Northwest Arkansas contacts are a plus
Compensation
Pay is experience-based
Installer pay varies by skill level and role
Sales roles may include commission-based or hybrid structures
Advancement opportunities as the operation grows
