Burnett Home Improvement is currently looking for qualified window and door installation contractors in the northwest Arkansas area. Must have all necessary tools and transportation, liability insurance, workers comp policy, and llc listing. A minimum of 2 years’ experience is required. This role involves the removal and replacement installation of windows and doors in residential settings.
Responsibilities:
Install windows and doors according to specifications.
Perform heavy lifting to transport and position windows and doors.
Execute fixture installation, ensuring proper alignment and functionality.
Hang doors accurately, adjusting hinges and locks as necessary.
Conduct trim carpentry to finish installations with precision.
Utilize power tools safely and effectively for installation tasks.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment throughout the installation process.
Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a window/door installer or in a related carpentry role.
Experience with heavy lifting; physical stamina is required for this role.
Familiarity with fixture installation techniques is preferred.
Skilled in door hanging and trim carpentry.
Attention to detail with a commitment to quality workmanship.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
