NEW Fleet Coordinator Position!

Apex Systems is immediately seeking a Variable Fleet Coordinator who will play a critical part in engineering top-notch client experience, services in a unique industry and at a rapidly growing organization for a large fleet management company. POSITION: Variable Fleet Coordinator

LOCATIONS: Lowell, AR

DURATION: 6 Month Contract to Hire. Please see details below.

COMPENSATION: Hourly rate on Apex W2 ranging in $23/hr comparable conversion salary of $52,000 – Based on years of relevant experience and education.

SCHEDULE: Mon-Fri, Core business hours 8:00AM-4:30PM CT (some weekends and holidays may be required with OT)

BENEFITS: Provided a Company vehicle and gas card.

MUST HAVES:

Authorized to work in the US

Valid Driver’s License & Clean Driving Record

High School Diploma

6+ Months of Rental Car Experience (at least 50 vehicles)

Ability to be on feet majority of the day

1+ years managing rental or fleet vehicles with an understanding in repair, maintenance, and customer service.

2-5 years customer service or client account management experience is highly desirable, preferably in a B2B service environment

Strong Customer Service

A DAY IN THE LIFE:

Key management of variable fleet units (delivery vehicles)

Perform detailed pre and post in-service inspections of the variable fleet

Coordinate light detailing / washing / cleaning of variable fleet units

Schedule with third-party vendors corrective mechanical and body repairs as to be agreed upon by Buyer, Vendor, and Customer and which may be revised from time to time

Ensure the refueling of returned units

Foster relationships with clients, vendors, and fleet personnel and advise on activities to maintain health of fleet

Schedule and perform record keeping of all activities completed, whether by Vendor or managed by a third-party vendor

Collaborate with Buyer and Customer to improve program and create greater
