Pay and Benefits as an Owner Operator with PAM Transport:
- No charge for trailer rental, cargo and liability insurance, Fuel Card, Transflo services, permits and IFTA
- Fuel Discounts of 5% using PCC card at approved stops.
- Base Plate program is $50 a week until paid in full. Plates from Indiana are a total of $1500 a year.
- Bobtail insurance program is $50 a month.
- Occupational/Accidental Insurance is $138 a month per driver.
- Base rate varies on lane chosen. NEW RATE INCREASES!
- Fuel Surcharge paid on all miles.
The requirements to lease:
- Must have 1 year of verifiable OTR experience in the last 3 years.
- Must meet all other hiring requirements prior to job offer being made.
