Provide customer service support from your own home office. Agents provide support for companies including office supply, cruise lines, amusement parks, telecommunications, roadside assistance, tax preparation, and utility companies - just to name a few. You can choose to work full-time, part-time, or as a second job (extra income).
You Will Need:
A Quiet Work Area
A Computer (must be hard-wired, no Wi-Fi permitted)
High-Speed Internet
USB Headset
Laptops are acceptable, but you must disable the wi-fi and connect via an ethernet cable for servicing.
Most clients no longer require a phone line.
Basic Requirements
☑ Must be 18 years or older
☑ Must be able to pass a background check
☑ Must be able to start working within 14 days
☑ A compatible laptop/desktop, USB Headset is required upon enrollment into a client certification program.
