Dobbs Eye Clinic is seeking a full-time Optical Manager/Eyewear Stylist. Position requires one-on-one interactions in a healthcare setting. Position will assist patients with lens and frame selection. Responsibilities include presenting and dispensing eyewear, taking optical measurements, and educating patients on lens options, pricing and insurance benefits. Position also manages frame inventory and monitors sales trends. Position requires a strong sense of fashion and a desire to provide personalized customer service.
Individual needs to be energetic, enthusiastic, confident, and motivated. A caring, service-oriented personality with a stable work history and a teachable attitude is a must! Will GLADLY consider candidates with LITTLE to NO optical experience who are eager to learn and advance their career.
Dobbs Eye Clinic offers a positive, drama-free, teamwork environment with very competitive compensation, monthly profit bonuses, and benefits.
