Base Pay plus Commission
Archery Advocates Association is seeking an energetic and self-motivated Fundraising Representative to manage the State Chapter Fundraising Division for Fort Smith, AR and surrounding areas.
Archery Advocates Association is dedicated to the growth of the sport of youth archery nationwide. Through our private label beef jerky interoffice fundraising revenue, we provide sponsorships and grants to individuals and schools. This position offers a generous weekly base pay with commission, along with a generous vehicle allowance and career longevity. It demands a high energy individual with a strong work ethic. A background in business sales, marketing, and fundraising would fit well in this position.
The Fundraising Representative position represents the Archery Advocates Association brand in the field, promoting the State Chapter of our organization and its outreach programs. Our Fundraising Representatives are required to visit all businesses within assigned community areas every 2-3 months. It is important to build relationships with business management for increased business participation in Archery Advocates Interoffice Fundraisers with our private label beef jerky product. We experience a very high participation rate among area businesses which include small businesses and large corporations.
The level of compensation offered for this position, beginning with the $700 base pay plus commission (commission averages between $200-$400 per week) will provide an average income of above $60,000, in addition to an generous vehicle allowance.

Primary areas of responsibilities are:
Develop relationships with consumer public through canvasing, cold calling, and public relations activities.
Act as a Brand Development Ambassador to increase public awareness of Archery Advocates Association youth archery programs.
Grow revenue within assigned geographic territory while maximizing consumer sentiment and support.
Execute overall business plan in a professional manner at all levels.

Qualifications:
We recruit successful people. Anyone from any background can perform well in this position as long as they know how to be successful. MUST HAVE A RELIABLE AND ECONOMIC VEHICLE AT ALL TIMES. INSURANCE VERIFICATION MUST BE PROVIDED. NO EXCEPTIONS!
Education/Training: Bachelor's degree in any field and/or equivalent sales experience.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Individual must be coachable and manageable as a remote employee with the ability to execute a very deliberate and established sales program.
Physical Requirements:
This is a very high paced and physically demanding position. While canvasing and cold calling, as well as servicing large corporations and executing interoffice fundraisers, individuals will be in and out of the vehicle dozens of times per day with considerable amounts of walking.
