The Regional Account Supervisor will also provide support in areas of local storage, local repair, and local transport and will implement appropriate tools with customers and suppliers.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES-Act as a focal local point of contact within designated customers for operational issues associated with the AAR service delivery
-Attend meetings with customers regarding, not limited to, operations and improvements
-Liaise and co-ordinate activities directly with AAR departments as necessary
-Proactively engage with the allocated Program Manager to ensure implementation of all contractual requirements to guarantee customer satisfaction and contract performance
-Find and manage local solutions for component repair, component transport and component storage
-Assist the Program Manager in defining, managing and monitoring all operational KPIs to ensure contractual service levels are being achieved and contractual responsibilities are being adhered to by AAR and customers
-Establish, monitor and take action by using KPIs relevant to the process, procedures and objectives for the Program Manager and Distribution teams in support of the customer
-Together with the Program Manager promote continuous improvement within customers own organization
-Establish and maintain a high quality of service
-Be in close relation with customer/be available to customers questions
-Manage application of agreed procedure and processes
