Overview: ATN Event Staffing is seeking an enthusiastic and dependable Event Assistant for an exciting mobile museum tour stop. No direct experience required— must have a proactive attitude, enjoy engaging with people and the ability to assist with setup and teardown.

About the Program: Step into history with this unique museum on wheels, showcasing a leading freight company’s century-long journey. Featuring interactive trucking artifacts and a truck driver simulator, this free event offers visitors an immersive experience into a classic American success story.

Your application is considered for your most local event. Some additional regional tour stops will be available. Outstanding performers may be invited to participate in other events.

Location: Jonesboro, AR

Rate: $25.00/hr

Date: Wednesday, October 30th

Shift: 5 hour shift in the morning (around 6:00am to 12:00pm but will vary based on location) Exact times TBD and will be released for applicant review prior to booking.

Job Duties:

Assist with the setup and breakdown of the museum trailer and event components (must be comfortable supporting a 40 lb. TV frame)

Greet and engage with guests as they enter the event space

Distribute branded giveaway items

Assist guests with simulator activity

Perform general event tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

Outgoing and friendly demeanor while maintaining a professional image.

Previous experience in events, hospitality, brand ambassadorship, and/or customer service is a plus, but not

required
