Restaurant General Manager
Salary: $50,000 - $60,000 based on experience
Location: Jonesboro, Arkansas
Our company is currently looking to add a strong General Manager in the Jonesboro area! This individual would eventually be in line to move up as we open more stores. Founded over seventy years ago, we have grown to over 450 units throughout the Midwest. We're well known for our Burgers, but our sandwiches, salads, and desserts are also favorites among our customers. Because of our success over the past few years, we are going to be expanding into new markets; we're looking for talented Restaurant Managers who are eager to work hard and be rewarded for their success. A minimum of 2-3 years current Restaurant General Manager experience; prior District Manager experience a plus
Strong track record of hiring and developing talented Hourly employees & Managers
Outstanding oral, written, and verbal communication skills
Solid time management skills; able to prioritize and delegate tasks effectively
Passion for customer service and taking care of guests
Dedication to excellent food quality and ensuring our kitchen maintains high levels of hygiene and consistency
Ability to increase sales and build rapport in the Jonesboro area
