We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Part-Time Self Storage Site Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations and maintenance of our self-storage facility. Key Responsibilities:
- Property Maintenance: Conduct regular inspections of the property to ensure cleanliness and maintenance of all areas.
- Common Area Management: Ensure that common areas are well maintained and presentable.
- Unit Readiness: Clean storage units and prepare them for rental.
- Lock Assignments: Assign locks to new rentals and manage lock inventory.
- Security Monitoring: Monitor the security of the property to ensure the safety of tenants and their belongings.
- Overlocking Units: Overlock units as necessary in compliance with company policies.
- Handy Work: Perform light maintenance and repairs as needed.
- Communication: Utilize Google Chats for internal communication and reporting.
- Marketing: Assist in marketing efforts to attract new tenants.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in property management or a similar role is preferred.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Basic handyman skills and the ability to perform light repairs.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Must be tech-savvy and comfortable using various software and digital communication tools, including Google Sheets, Google Drive, etc.
Schedule:
- Part-time hours 5-7 hrs per week, Monday, Wednesday and Friday
