Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Controller in Little Rock, Arkansas. In this role, you will be managing accounting functions for our manufacturing operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations, and providing crucial support in budgeting processes. Assist in the design and usage of advanced Excel for financial support schedules. Oversee the accuracy of inventory, cost of goods sold, gross profit analysis, and expense maintenance for the manufacturing plant. Conduct balance sheet reconciliation and review assigned reconciliations. Manage intercompany accounting with other plant locations and corporate entity. Ensure financial control processes and systems are in line with company policies and regulations. Assist in the capital budgeting process and preparation of ROI documentation. Implement programs and projects to enhance productivity, increase efficiencies, and reduce costs. Apply knowledge of GAAP Accounting in day-to-day operations.
