We supported the Assisted Channel part of D1 which included Teller, BAO, Sales & Service. The BAs are the folks who research issues reported by the clients and work with them to get resolution.What you will be doingYou will be working with the different D1 Assisted clients to resolve issues. You will work with the different FIS partners in triaging issues for a valid resolution. You will communicate with the client this information.
