Our customers rely on our Point of Sales (POS) and Food & Beverage (F&B) Management solutions to run their businesses efficiently, provide excellent customer service, and stay ahead of their competitors.As a consulting solutions manager, you will work closely with the F&B and Hospitality & Leisure Account Sales Representatives to sell consulting services for Oracle MICROS Simphony clients. You will lead the consulting sales process by proposing consulting services, negotiating and closing deals, and maintaining ongoing relationships with clients regarding their current and future consulting needs.Your responsibilities will include analyzing customers' business needs, identifying strategic partnership opportunities, and developing strategies to ensure customer growth, satisfaction, and retention. You will also work to improve overall customer happiness within assigned accounts, drive consulting solutions selling activities, and maintain opportunity tracking and pipeline reporting.We are looking for someone with an understanding of F&B operations, F&B POS implementation processes, and an understanding of contract mechanisms. You should be passionate about learning new technologies and translating that knowledge into value for customers. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.

  • The Digital Campaign Manager (DCM) supports their client with enhanced Campaign Management support in the planning, onboarding, distribution, and measurement phases of a digital campaign. The DCM is responsible for the delivery of digital marketing solutions for Acxiom clients from beginning to end.
