Together, we can help people build stronger communities - we're just getting started.Summary: Meta is looking for a Producer to join the Privacy Design creative team and help us ship best-in-class creative work in support of Privacy across the Meta family of apps and services.Privacy is a fast-growing organization at Meta, and the creative team delivers key strategic, branding, storytelling, marketing, and educational communication design as trusted creative partners.The Producer will establish and maintain operational procedures and tools for the creative team, work closely with cross-functional teams to scope projects, set schedules, manage logistics, align roadmaps, ensure successful project delivery with clear, consistent communication in all interactions. This person will also manage reviews between stakeholders, as well as help identify and source creative teams to support project endeavors. The Producer role requires broad knowledge of design and development processes, excellent communication and project management skills, and a strong cross-functional and relationship-building capacity.Required Skills: Establish and maintain an efficient and flexible process that facilitates the creation, review, feedback, revision, and deployment cycle of asset production with internal creatives, outside design vendors, and other internal teams

Establish and maintain project production schedules to ensure a smooth end-to-end development plan that meets project goals and quality bar, and ensures that all assets are delivered on time and implemented to spec

Identify and secure resources to keep projects on-track

As point of contact for team communication, establish clear communication channels and processes across creative and cross-functional teams, including Product Design, Content Design, Product Marketing, and more

Schedule, manage and address cross-functional feedback and stakeholder approvals Predict and/or identify roadblocks and obstacles, and proactively establish meetings or integration points between teams to address and resolve them

Facilitate, document, and disseminate decisions to key stakeholders

Prioritize competing needs with good reasoning and creative solutions

Manage ongoing creative budget, forecasting, and spend

Minimum Qualifications: 5 years or more of senior creative production experience

Experience in project management and relationship building

Flexibility in operation, process, and interaction

Experience working in a fast-paced environment that requires time management, task prioritization, and experience identifying problems and managing solutions

Experience working with creatives, designers and engineers to design, build, and deliver assets and projects

Experience bringing clarity to complex, sometimes ambiguous projects and processes

Experience articulating design direction to creatives and non-creatives alike

Experience working with external vendors (agencies, etc.) including sourcing and contracting, advising on/defining schedules, assessing proposed production processes, budgets, managing assets as they are delivered, and being the daily point of contact for the internal team

Experience establishing and managing ongoing production processes, with an eye towards optimization and improvement

Experience managing departmental budgets

Knowledge of creative tools - Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch, etc.

Preferred Qualifications: Experience as a hands-on creative in some capacity (photography, video, motion, illustration, design, branding, etc.)
