Join us as a Digital Life Claims Examiner! The Digital Claims Team follows established guidelines and procedures. Key functions include, but is not limited to, determining benefits and preparing appropriate documents and providing information to beneficiaries, policyholders, agents etc. and other interested parties.Responsibilities:Work with beneficiaries, attorneys, trustees, executors, financial advisors, etc. through email, phone, and written correspondence to adjudicate death claims

Be productive in an agile environment where priorities change daily based on customer and team needs
Be a fierce advocate for the customer by being a driving force to provide an efficient and frictionless customer journey with a focus on exceptional customer experience
Adhere to state and company guidelines for all interactions, internal or external
Work with other ETX teams (Data science, Haven Life, Technology) to assist in the innovation of the Digital Life Claims process, as required
Participate in projects and problem solves as part of a culture of continuous improvement
Required qualifications:Minimum of 1 year of professional work experience
Flexibility to work across product types and sub-functions (Claim Adjudication, Claim Set Up and Payment), post appropriate training, based on shifting business requirements
Great attention to detail
Ability to critical think

Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, ability to multi-task

Ability to work east coast hours
Salary range $39,000 - $50,700 commensurate with experience
