Job DescriptionAre you looking for a highly complex challenge and an opportunity to help accelerate Intel's growth and data transformation?Reporting directly to the Director of Enterprise Data Solutions, the Data Solution Lead is helping drive the Data transformation and enterprise design on an end-to-end basis across SMG, Finance and Supply Chain. In addition to Data solution design skills, the Data Solution Lead will need to lead and foster a creative and integrated approach to bring teams together for a common and valuable solution while adhering to IT program rigor for resources, outcomes and value. Embracing Intel's core values and having a positive can-do growth mindset are also essential attributes.This role will be accountable for ensuring the data solution designs will support the project releases and production applications across the enterprise through engagement with the ERP and Planning transformation teams, the master data and analytics and reporting teams and the key business stakeholders responsible for data in their organizations.Responsibilities include but not limited to:

Represents the Enterprise Data Management organization as a strategic partner of our core supply chain business units for enterprise data solution design across the core functional areas being transformed.

Works across business stakeholders, master data teams, analytics and reporting teams to ensure a cohesive design is delivered that meets business requirements while supporting broad enterprise needs.

Partners with data architects, business architects and process owners to understand business process flow and the associated data flow, inputs, and outputs to drive a connected design

Leads the planning phases for new data solution capabilities to identify high-level technology needs and roadmaps, assess feasibility, and collate customer expectations from the product or capability

Facilitates analysis and technical stewardship of business data issues

Provide solution guidance on proper security controls on sensitive data, along with guidance on data quality expectations

Build out an integrated data roadmap for the assigned functional area supported

Strong analytical and problem solving

Excellent leadership and communication skills

QualificationsYou must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.Minimum QualificationsThe candidate must have a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems or Engineering and 6+ years of experience -OR- a Master's Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems or Engineering and 4+ years of experience -OR- a PhD in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems or Engineering and 2+ years of experience in:

Data management, Data solutioning, data integration and data warehousing and design

Database technologies, ETL tools, data modeling, data security, data governance

This role may also be available as our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
