This position is critical in our overall ERP transformation supporting three key businesses involved in IDM 2.0; Manufacturing, Technology Development (TD), and Intel Foundry Services (IFS), collectively referred to as TMGF.The ERP Program Manager will be responsible for:
Oversee the program cadence required to ensure all TMGF deliverables are met in alignment with the overall IAO program.
Drive creation of clear TMGF wide project plan- Clear milestones, clear alignment across projects, manage method to ensure risks are found and highlighted proactively.
Lead and facilitate the TMGF IAO leadership team- Clear metrics, clear alignment on decisions, resource plan highlighted and resolved across TMGF in support of program requirements
Coordinate with the TMO to ensure alignment across IAO program- clear dependencies between Towers.
Facilitate common program methods based on TMO center of excellence direction and lead.
Work closely with GPOs, and TMGF E2E owner to design communication methods across TMGF-
Work on Change management efforts and ensure integration into the program tracker.

QualificationsRequired Experience:
Strong leadership skills with demonstrated ability to lead a complex, cross-organization program to success.
7-10 years' experience in leading programs, demonstrated PMO or equivalent experience
Strong communication skills- able to ensure all stakeholders are engaged and aware of both progress and help needed for program deliverables.
Experience deploying software programs ability to leverage latest best practices and methodologies.
Strong facilitation skills -will be working closely with executive leaders across TMGF to ensure success.
Able to lead stakeholders and partner organizations through ambiguity, challenges, while still meeting key milestones and deliverables
Ability to navigate complex organizational structures and influence decision-making.
