We are building a PaaS enabling customers around the globe to deliver streaming applications.What You Will Do:

Own the overall vision for the Admin Experiences team including, but notlimited to enabling and operating Kafka, Networking, Connect experiences and more.

Work closely with product management and other key stakeholders to build and drive the overall roadmap for experience for these areas to enable seamless adoption and operation for Confluent customers.

Deliver high impact to the business by driving important critical user journeys comprising (but not limited to) kafka, Flink, connector and stream governance adoption/expansion, security, identity, and architectural direction, across organizational boundaries.

Work with the engineering team & product on critical aspects of product definition, architectural design, and delivery.

What You Will Bring:

Minimum of 8+ years of software development with 3+ years of management experience

Technical expertise in large scale systems engineering or distributed systems

Ability to influence the team, peers, and upper management using effective communication and collaborative techniques.

Ability to hire while ensuring a high hiring bar, keep engineers motivated, coach/mentor, and handle performance management

A great track record of timely shipping features and have a sense of urgency, an aggressive mindset towards achieving results, and excellent prioritization skills

BS Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent experience. An advanced degree in computer science is preferred

  • The Digital Campaign Manager (DCM) supports their client with enhanced Campaign Management support in the planning, onboarding, distribution, and measurement phases of a digital campaign. The DCM is responsible for the delivery of digital marketing solutions for Acxiom clients from beginning to end. The DCM is often the primary daily client contact as it pertains to the delivery of digital marketing solutions as well as managing the timelines and deliverables across the internal cross functional teams. The candidate must possess a knowledge of Acxiom processes for the products they support and of the processes and requirements of partners where required which may include working within different CDP or onboarding platforms. The DCM oversees the daily operation of campaigns and the teams that support them, acting as the quarterback to ensure the timely and quality delivery of digital solutions including, for example, online display advertising, addressable television advertising, and closed-loop campaign measurement. The DCM is the primary coordination point across internal cross-functional teams. DCMs work directly with client and partner contacts on campaigns, under the overall direction of the client and/or the client’s internal account management teams.
