Responsibilities

Supports care conferences with the multi-disciplinary staff during the screening process and promotes a team approach to the patient program.

Assists with the education of patients and families about upcoming procedures and assists with ongoing education to other staff members.

Supports the quality program focusing on patient outcomes, ensuring patient follow up and maintaining data collection and entry.

Collaborate with physicians to schedule, assess and follow patient’s pre and post-surgery.

Acts as a representative of the program to both internal and external groups.

Qualifications

Associates degree in nursing

Bachelor’s degree in nursing (BSN) preferred

Basic Life Support (BLS)

Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)

Pay Range$34.05 - $44.91 /hourWe are an equal opportunity/affirmative action employer.
