Job DescriptionNO VISA SPONSORSHIP IS AVAILABLE FOR THIS POSITIONAs a Technical Project Manager, you will report directly to the Senior Director and be responsible for overseeing software development projects in the design, development, testing, deployment, and operation of Fusion Data Intelligence. The ideal candidate should have a robust technical background in software development, with experience leading projects in Agile and DevOps environments.You should be passionate about fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement. In this role, you will coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and resources to ensure successful execution. Your expertise in leading agile software development projects will enable you to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.You will identify areas for enhancement and implement changes to improve the quality and efficiency of the software development process. Excellent communication skills are essential, as you will interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders and present roadmaps and business cases to senior management.Your experience in guiding cross-functional teams will allow you to work collaboratively with other teams across the globe. Your technical proficiency will enable you to oversee the design of scalable and reliable systems in collaboration with architects and seasoned engineers.Most importantly, you are a team player—eager to learn, passionate about technology, and willing to do whatever it takes to help the team succeed. You will also represent the team in various architecture reviews and release management forums.Career Level - M3ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities and Requirements:Education:BS or MS degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.Experience:

Minimum of 6 years as a project manager in an Agile software development environment.

4+ years leading projects for highly scalable, cloud-based solutions.

4+ years managing projects in a product development setting, overseeing design, building, testing, deploying, and operating software solutions.

Proven track record of delivering complex software projects on time and within budget.

Project and Program management experience.

Skills:

Expert knowledge of work item management tools like Jira.

Proficient with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes, and understanding of microservices.

Working knowledge of Linux/Unix.

Familiarity with build automation and CI/CD tools like Git, Jenkins, Maven etc.

Solid understanding of cloud technologies.

Ability to perform code reviews in Java & Python and make minor fixes and enhancements if required.

Scrum or Agile certification.

3+ years of experience in public cloud computing.

Experience with Scaled Agile Framework or related certification.

Proficiency in Java and Python.

Previous experience developing and running a cloud application.

Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, operating systems, and distributed systems.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to present complex information clearly and concisely to diverse audiences.

Experience working flexible hours with global teams across different time zones.

Strong organizational skills for coordinating and managing engineering teams without direct people management responsibilities.

Capable of facilitating work allocation and project planning to ensure timely delivery of milestones.

Expertise in one or more SDLC methodologies, Stakeholder management.

Experience in working with cross functional teams.

Additional Responsibilities:

Represent the cloud engineering team in technical architecture discussions and security reviews.

Collaborate closely with architects and engineers to design scalable and reliable systems.

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
