Moe's Southwest Grill is looking for a General Manager to become part of our friendly atmosphere and LEAD our enthusiastic crew. RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead your team by:
* Greeting guest with warm, welcoming and friendly "Welcome to Moe's!"
* Provide superior guest service to every guest -- the last guest of the day receives the same quality of product, attention and courtesy as the first guest of the day
* Suggestively sell (or up-sell) items and cash out all transactions accurately
* Demonstrate complete knowledge about the menu
* Quickly and accurately prepare all items ordered by the guest and/or prep items
* Check food quality and temperatures throughout the day -- if you wouldn't eat it, don't serve it
* Follow sanitation and safety procedures
* Maintain regular and consistent attendance for scheduled shifts
* Completes food prep when needed
* Contributes to a positive team environment
* Interview and hire adequate staff to operate the restaurant based on company standards
* Maintain a cooperative, harmonious working relationship with management team and crew
* Conduct crew and management team meetings as needed to discuss operations procedures, promotions, safety, training, etc
* Maintain reports and records based on company standards and in compliance with state and federal regulations
* Ensure all sanitation, safety and security policies and procedures are recognized and enforced to ensure a safe environment
* Achieve financial performance and profitability
* Be the Moe's brand ambassador for your location
* Lead local store marketing initiatives
* Ensure all cash procedures are followed at all levels for accountability and crew safety
