JOB SUMMARY
We are looking for dedicated and enthusiastic Event Staff team members to assist with the seamless running of our events. Event Staff responsibilities include setting up and tearing down event displays, managing customer flow during the shopping experience, assisting with prepping, maintaining, and breaking down inventory throughout the show. Ideal candidates are considered exemplary customer service reps, excellent communicators, able to work as part of a team, handle multiple tasks, and interact well with diverse groups of people. Ultimately, the role of the Event Staff member is to provide exceptional customer service and ensure our events run smoothly, efficiently, and positively reflect on our brand. Responsibilities: Assist in setting up and tearing down event displays. Monitor inventory levels for stocking and restocking during the event. Collaborate with team members to ensure the event runs smoothly. Receive customer concerns and bring them to the Event Manager for resolution.
