JANITORIAL ACCOUNT MANAGER
21cjs Janitorial Services, a commercial cleaning company , is currently looking for a Bilingual Account Manger in Little Rock, AR. If you are positive, upbeat, have an eye for detail, and have a desire to serve customers, we would love to have you on our team.
Roles and Responsibilities
Take complete ownership of the service that is provided at all customer locations within your account assignment.
Ensure Team Member's workspaces and custodial closets are always kept in a neat and organized manner.
Interview and hire Team Members with a view toward building a team that will continually exceed customer expectations.
Hands-on training of all Team Members is taking place initially and on an ongoing basis.
All customer sites must have a defined cleaning program that includes all SOW items. Both daily and periodic.
Build and maintain strong relationships with all customer contacts/decision-makers.
Ensure that our services are trusted and valued by customer contacts/customer employees.
Consistently monitor and develop the performance of all Team Members to ensure that they deliver the excellent quality we expect to provide to each of our customers.
Encourage and provide positive feedback and interaction with all Team Members
Assume complete responsibility for all account related labor costs and financials.
Achieve 5% of total monthly revenue in additional services work
Continuously evaluate each account for operational improvements and plan for future adjustments for increased profitability and reduced labor.
Monitor service agreement expiration dates to ensure all business is contractually secure.
Continuously stress the importance of workplace safety and identify potential hazards. Observe and hold Team Members accountable to safe work practices to reduce company exposure.
Attend one industry related seminar bi-annually to remain relevant and grow within the industry.
Consistently communicate company mission and vision.
Communicate and live out core values of Integrity, Humility, Excellence, Ownership Mentality throughout the organization and cultivate company culture with Team Members.
Other duties as required.
Requirements
2 years of previous supervisor/management experience in the service-industry field.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal, ability to interact with staff, as well as the customer / decision makers.
Understanding of cost control / P&L statements / budgeting.
Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, etc.).
Clear criminal history and a valid drivers’ license with good driving record.
Position Details
Full-time
Monday-Friday, with some weekends.
$45-$60K Annually
