AXIT Cleaning is fully dedicated to specialty cleaning for owners of Airbnb, VRBO and short-term rentals. We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Professional House Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong
cleaning skills, excellent customer service abilities, and a commitment to maintaining the highest
standards of cleanliness and sanitation.
Duties
Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and
sanitizing surfaces.
Manage laundry tasks, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing clothes.
Provide floor care services such as sweeping, mopping, and carpet cleaning to maintain pristine
conditions.
Ensure proper sanitation practices are followed in all cleaning activities to promote a healthy
living environment.
Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and preferences during each
visit.
Maintain organization of cleaning supplies and equipment to ensure efficiency in daily
operations.
Assist with any additional housekeeping management tasks as required by clients.
Qualifications
Proven experience in residential or hospitality cleaning or related fields such as janitorial or
commercial cleaning is preferred.
Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques and products for various surfaces and materials.
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
Familiarity with floor care methods and equipment for effective maintenance of different
flooring types.
Previous hotel experience or custodial experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
A positive attitude, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering high-quality work are

Able to lift up to 25 lbs and perform physical tasks (e.g., linen refresh, deep clean)
Smartphone required for assignment updates and photo verification
Prior cleaning or hospitality experience preferred but not required
Must maintain professional appearance (branded apron provided)
Schedule:
Flexible shifts based on booking volume
Weekday and weekend availability preferred
Compensation:
$20.98–$25.27 per hour depending on assignment type and performance
