PART TIME EMPLOYEE POSITION, $15.00/hour, NORTH LITTLE ROCK/MORGAN MAUMELLE EXIT BETWEEN CONWAY AND NORTH LITTLE ROCK
Hours will be agreed to between Monday and Friday between the hours of 8 am and 3 pm.
Must have employee identification and complete an employee application prior to hire.
Work under the direction of a supervisor and follow verbal or written instructions.
Mow office, selected tenant lots and utility access areas using a zero-turn mower ensuring even grass height and neat edges cautiously blowing trimmings to prevent property damage or destruction.
Trim and edge around parking areas, utility items, flower beds, and walls using a weed eater to provide a clean, manicured appearance without causing damage.
Apply fertilizers, weed control, and insecticides as instructed.
Prune shrubs to shape and improve growth or remove damaged leaves, branches, or twigs using shears, pruners, or chain saws.
Install landscape designs such as planting flowers.
Collect and remove leaves, debris, and lawn clippings from property to maintain cleanliness and prevent pests or diseases.
Ensure lawn care tools remain in working condition with regular checks, routine maintenance and reporting needed repairs.
Lawn care person operates outdoors in variable weather conditions - sweltering heat of summer to chill of fall. Tools of the trade include mowers, trimmers, weed eaters, and blowers, all of which demand a certain level of physical dexterity and stamina to operate effectively. Dress code is plain clean shirt and pants/shorts with protective gear like gloves, eye and ear protection.
