I need someone to buy 4 treated lumber boards (2"x12"x10') and 6 cinder blocks. These will be used to build a short walkway over a shallow ditch leading to a property I'm selling. The cinder blocks should be dug into the ditch banks for stability, with the lumber spanning across them to form the walkway.
I’m looking for someone with a tool capable of clearing heavy brush and small trees along the roadway to improve visibility into the property. The job involves clearing approximately 100 feet from the north property line southward along the road should be cleared about 50 feet into the property., as well as trimming the side of the trench. Some of the underbrush which can be done with a weed wacker, and if you have type with metal instead of string, it can probably do the majority of the work.
This project is expected to take around 4–5 hours and will be overseen by my Realtor. You’ll need to bring the necessary equipment for the job and also pick up lumber from Lowe’s or Home Depot.
