Maintenance Technician for nice apartments and homes in Bryant OR Hot Springs – must be a hardworking, motivated person with at least 5 years of experience in HVAC, painting and general property maintenance. Must have HVAC EPA license. Additional experience in electrical and plumbing is also desired, but not required. Must pass drug test. Random drug testing. Great salary and benefits.
