I have two outstanding restaurants and several rent houses. I need a jack-of-all-trades person. Some basic knowledge of electric, plumbing and carpentry. You must have dependable truck-transportation and most of your own tools (I have a lot also). You need to live close to Little Rock. Your schedule can be flexible and your work will primarily be Mon-Friday 9-5 however, you will need to be available for weekend emergencies. Work includes general property maintenance and a little landscaping. Most weeks you will have 30- 40 hours. You will have to have good, up-to-date verifiable references. We do check. Starting pay range at the $18.00 - 25.00 per hour maybe higher depending on your experience. We do offer some benefits.
