Responsibilities:
- Conduct on-site assessments of mobile homes and collaborate with clients to develop remodeling plans.
- Perform a wide range of remodeling tasks, including carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, flooring installation, painting, and fixture installation.
-Ensure projects are completed within budget and on schedule while maintaining quality craftsmanship.
-Communicate effectively with clients throughout the remodeling process, addressing any concerns or modifications.
-Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors as needed to complete projects.
-Adhere to safety protocols and regulations on job sites.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in home remodeling, preferably in mobile homes.
- Proficiency in various remodeling skills, including carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, and painting.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality workmanship.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Knowledge of mobile home construction and remodeling techniques is a plus.
