This is a full time position operating from 9:30 pm until the route is completedusually, 6:30 to 7:30 am. The candidate will work on his/her scheduled nights driving a sweeper truck to various customer properties and will then sweep and maintain those assigned parking lots free of trash and debris. The individual we seek takes pride in his work and has the willingness and drive to deliver outstanding customer service. Our daily goal is total customer satisfaction which is achieved by our drivers who are committed to getting the job done right. We are looking for the individual who likes to work outdoors and can work outdoorsin all weather conditions, year round. This is not solely a driving job but requires walking, bending, stooping, and picking up trash and other items of debris which may be found on the parking lot.
The candidate will be trained to operate the sweeper truck and properly sweep parking lots to company standards. After training, the candidate will perform work assignments with minimal supervision. The assigned work generally requires the driver to enter and exit the sweeper many times throughout his/her shift. The candidate will operate a leaf blower and litter stick in order to blow sidewalks and curbs clean and to manually pick up any and all trash which the sweeper is unable to pickup. The company operates 364 days of the year in ALL weather conditions.
The candidate must possess a valid Arkansas driver's license, (CDL is NOT required), with acceptable driving record and must pass a drug screen.
